Black Stator Cover?

What is this black stator cover that's floating around eBay? Are they just stock covers that have been painted? Moreover, does anyone make an aftermarket alternative? Other models of Kawis that would fit an H series?

Used to be a member on here that was machining black anodized aluminum covers, but haven't heard anything for awhile.
more info. Have also seen Boyesen ones on E-bay. Any cover for an 89-07 200 or 97-06 220 will work
