Hi All,

When I first bought my KDX 200 J back in '00, I took off all the road gear as I had no intention of registering the bike. Well 13 years on I put all the road gear back on, however I have no idea what this part is and where it goes. It has a small spring loaded button on it. Can anyone tell me what this part is, what it's for, and where it goes?

Okay, I know what it is. It's the front brake light switch.

is yours an SR model ?
because neither one of my KDXs came with a front brake light switch

Yes, Australian model. It's a H model, not J as I previously wrote. It screwed in under the brake lever assembly.

does it have oilinjection too ?
