Fork sag

How much sag should there be in the forksf? I am a 170lb rider with USD forks.
Seems to be a lot of disagreement on fork sag. The numbers I see most on a suspension forum are 60-70 mm rider sag. Measuring con consistantly is difficult due to stiction.
