Well I bought my son a dirtbike. I finally got my KDX dialed in.

2004 KLX110



I gotta say, I'm really impressed. He was riding it around for a bit, came back and told me how fast it was. I was like, what? Let me try.

I rode it a bit and it didn't seem super impressive to me. Until I realized I weigh 150 pounds more than him. LOL.






Needless to say, he's pretty stoked.

I'm getting a list together for him. I'm not going to go crazy modding it. Just tune up stuff. Spark plug, carb cleaning, gripper seat cover, oil filter and air filter. Maybe new tires, bark busters and a graphics kit.

Anyone here have any experience with the KLX110?

Buy em some better gear/outfit!

Let em grow with the mods. Lets say future xmas presents with notable differences

Get a kdx for yourself and have fun.

Oh he has better gear. He just had to pose for a picture that second. LOL. He needed to show his mother how badass he is. LOL.

I have a KDX220 he has a KLX110. Weird how the displacement is doubled. LOL.

I was shocked I could even steer the thing. I'm 6'4". It's plenty of bike for him right now.

Right now I'm having a blast riding the 110 around.
