Just wondering if anyone has ordered a seat on ebay from motomart-superstore, I am thinking of replacing my seat and would like something a little more comfortable then stock. They come in soft, medium and hard. I'm not sure if I should get soft or medium. Thanks guys

What seat do you have now? The KDX Kouch is usually seen as quite comfy.

Stock 99 on a 220. Well maybe that's as good as it gets, I have only ridden that and my old 79 yamaha. They have a pretty good deal on new foam and a gripper seat cover. Thought new foam after 14 years might make a difference, maybe not.

As far as comfort goes, all I can say is stay away from CEET replacement foam. It is rock hard!

Link is for the medium foam but I talked to the guy and he has soft, medium and hard.

I just ordered a seat cover from them for the hybrid, gripper style, came in quick looks good quality. Don't know about the foam, though after pulling off my old seat cover looks like I may be ordering some.

Does anyone know where a guy could buy a step style seat foam for the 95-06? Either the entire seat foam or just the wedge part. I already have a gripper seat cover on the way.

Well, I'll find out how their seat foam is, had to order a new one for my hybrid, the old foam was falling apart (99-02 KX125 OEM firm)

OEM stiffness, I assume it's medium, and stock height. Got spoiled by the lounge chair seat on my KDX, this KX one looks like I'll have some new rear end callouses! lol

Mine just arrived today. I ordered soft so that I wouldn't have o cut as much to get the right height for the wife. Seems good so far

Think it would be too soft for a 190pd 38 year old guy?

Doesn't appear to be too soft. Haven't installed it yet. But will over the weekend. I put an SDG on my hybrid. But had to drill holes in the foam to make it softer. It felt like a KTM seat

Mine actually is a medium. I would think any softer would be too much. The foam was easy to cut and shape. Feels real close to stock, maybe a tad stiffer
