1997 PW80 rebuild

Bought a 97 pw80 for my babysister for xmas, only runs with the choke on and wont stay running. not a big deal but i want this thing tight and up to my standards so replacing some stuff and just making it look and run nice

On the p-dub 80, remember to pull the exhaust restrictor if it is still in place.

Also, while you've got the head off, check the exhaust port for carbon buildup. The little Yamaha autolubers tend to have problems with that.

i did and it surprisingly wasnt bad at all compared to the head and cylinder

so got the PW80 running today, runs mint even tho i kindof jimmy rigged the spark plug cap, only problem is it pours gas out of the overflow, so its either not seating right or the float is stuck, gonna fix that tomorrow, and no phone to take pics or vids with but will soon hopefully
