Jetting... 152/mj, 42/pj, cgk needle/ middle clip... i'd have to take a peek again but it's pretty close to stock needle
Bore over 2mm
New piston kit
1 hr break in thus far
Air screw/ 1/4 out
New 607's
Can I go richer?
Am I overreacting?
Any thoughts?

Unseated rings will mimic lean?
Should I just wait a few more hrs?

So...a quick follow up: redid the jetting 155/45. Rode for a few hours and well lo and behold. i pushed the bike back from the field. Too rich. fouled the plug. now if i fatten the mix. the silencer is happy. however. plugs are not. Went down a size in the pilot. couldn't start her up. jump started and voila. smoke in the neighbours yard. it did eventually dissipate in time and ran great. cgk 2nd clip from top. a/s. 1/8 out. hmmm? Do silencers just get hot to touch anyways?
Side note: Is the cgk needle ok for the 88'? If i recall. its close to stock. thx folks.
Edit..... i have done a plug chop a few times. I have learned soooo much from this site with a new found confidence. i now have it dialed in 145/42.
Finally
