How can I adjust idle speed on a 91 KDX200? The bike idles without stalling but it's very slow and can stall rather easily.

Turn the large screw with a spring on the left side of the carb in until you get the idle speed you want.

Thanks. Sounds easy enough. I'll read the maintenance manual this week so hopefully no more stupid questions from me. :)

I've adjusted the screw to what it seems like is almost bottomed out with the spring. Idle has improved somewhat but still seems a tad low.

Out of curiosity, are there preset settings for the air mixture and idle screw?
