I'm not positive on your year but on an E series that would be reserve.

It is reserve on an H series too. Ask me how i know...

What kind of spark plug cap is that?? I know it is not stock.

ive had o ask that question a few times myself
on my previous bike there was an arrow on the knob that would point to the position it was in
(in your picture that bike would have been in the on position
