Will a CEL needle change my other jets?

hey guys i have the stock needle in my kdx with 42 and 155 jets. it seems that at 1/4 it has a little bog but no were else. would a cel needle clean this up, without me changing my other jets?

The needle should not change the full throttle jetting controlled by the main. You may need to tweak the clip height and pilot.
I changed from stock to a DEL and I dropped the needle to the bottom clip and I still need to go with a smaller pilot. It loads up and stalls on downhills with the clutch in, but otherwise is pretty good. I have a CEL but haven't tried it yet.

i didnt think it would change my main but i know with the different diameters and stuff that i may have to go lower on my polit. i just dont want to order a needle and then have to buy new jets and pay for shipping again.
