I recently purchased a 1995 KDX 200. I changed all the fluids and after changing the gear oil the plug started to drip. I purchased a new oem plug and washer, but someone at one time must have used a new plug size because the oem bolt and washer are to small. Where do I start in stopping the leak. The washer that is on there now is pretty beat up. Any help greatly appreciated.

I would take the plug and washer that started out in the bike down to the local auto parts store and match them up to something out of their assortment. They should have some copper or aluminium sealing washers to pick thru.
