Will a Kdx200e motor bolt up to a 92 KX250? It looks to be like the swing arm bolt and the bottom case bolt are very close to me but the front case bolt to the bottom case bolt is further apart on the KX. Is moving motor mount tabs a big deal.

Look through the threads on here. You'd probably still need to drill/ream the KDX cases, cut the KX swingarm, and move the motor mounts. Not sure if it's worth the effort to transplant into a 92 kx250.

Took your advise and scrapped the '92 KX build but just got a 2000 CR125 with every piece(and a blown motor) for $150 and have started the disassembly of it in preperation for the '90 KDX200 motor.
