I am currently finishing up my first hybrid build and noticed in one post Fuzzy's idea for a community reamer. I am willing to loan my reamer and the two drill bits I used to step up before reaming for the cost of shipping only. Just a small show of appreciation to all of the great free info I gathered here on this site during my build. Every thing should fit in a small flat rate priority mail box and cost will only be $5.35 in the u.s.
Hopefully this will encourage more great builds and make one step of the process easier.

No problem on the PM but you might want to change your account settings to allow incoming PM's!

I don't know why I am not allowed to get private messages at this time, I am a supporting member and usually do receive pm's

Is your inbox full or anything? I will check your account settiings just in case something got messed up with your permissions during the move.

I think I just figured out how to get my PM's working.. User control panel/board preferences/enable private messages from users. skippypinecone send me a PM or email because I'm definitely interested and I have paypal. Thanks.

After reading all the testimonials on how nice the Hybrid is, I decided to build one for my son. I have a 2003 KX125 and 1997 KDX200 ready to make the transformation.

I got the two bits at a local tool store for about $5.00 each, used a 5/8 then a 21/32 before reaming. Purchased the reamer online from a company called Machine Shop Discount Supply, it is a 17 mm Straight Flute Reamer, the box it came in says it is a Series-860 Metric Hand Reamer and if I remember correctly it cost around $25.00. Hope this helps, still have the set here in the garage if you decide you would rather borrow than buy.
