It appears that the 05 kx 250 were the first year for the KYB AOS (air outside shock?) forks. They were changed somewhat in 06. Anyone have these and done anything to them to make them more plush for the woods?

If I am replacing the seals I might as well set them up right if I can.

I weight 165lb, hence i changed the spring to .36kg/mm. oil height to the mininium. use 5wt fork oil. switch to a 2 stage stack on the base valve. mid valve not touch yet. remove most of the 24mm shims.
