why can't i post private messages?

hey guys
i noticed a while ago i couldnt send a PM to a fellow member because "administrators have not allowed me to"
today i tried to reply to a PM a fellow member started with me but it wont let me do that iether
why is that ?

To have PM and Avatar privledges a donation to supporting the site is asked and there are a few levels of support that will be put under your name.
The Levels are:
Supporting Member is $1-10
Supporting Member with 1 star is $11-$20
Supporting Member with 2 stars is $21-$30
Supporting Member with 3 star is $31-$40
Supporting Member with 4 star is $41-$50
Golden Supporting Member with 5 star is $51 and up

Jason... everytime I hit the PM button on any post or user, it just takes me back to the top of the thread I am looking at.

Very strange. I checked your account settings, and everything looks right. Have you tried from a different browser, or dumping cookies/offline files and try again?

Yep, sounds like a system/browser problem. Sounds just like when javascript is disabled.

Jason... If I click "profile" and then the PM tab in the profile page, It works ok.
