I just got done cleaning the filters again as it has been a couple of rides now. I'm just curios, anyone use Simple Greem to clean the dirt and oil from their filters? Besides the stink, it seems to doa fairly good job. I've never seen anyone using this method and am wondering if there is something wrong withdoing ti this way.

One filter maker suggest using it.... so I'm sure it's fine!

I dip my twin air filter into twin air cleaner - squeeze it out ;then spray on simple green - massage it into the filter - then flush the filter from the inside with a heavy spray from the garden hose. Seems to work well.

I've been using a mixture of soapy water, and fast orange hand cleaner. Works awesome. Leaves a nice orange smell too. As long as the SG doesn't attack the glues, or foam itself, I don't see a problem with it.
