The inverted forks on my bike have a small leak but I think because theres a bunch of dirt in there. Any ideas on how to clean 'em without taking them out? Or would i just need to have them replaced?

You can use a 35mm camera film or an .002" feeler gauge to clean out the seal.
Here is a vid that shows how it is done but with a tool made just for doing it. Same principle, different tool. 35mm film can be trimmed to a similar shape to make scooping the dirt out easier.

The rear shock is under pressure. I don't think you'd be able to get anything between the seal and shaft without releasing the pressure.

I went with the film method and it worked well on one of the forks, but I think I screwed up on the other fork because it's still leaking. I think I'll go with the sand paper method next and see how that works out, or just buy one of those seal mates

when I do the sandpaper trick I first remove the dust seal and then spray the top of the oil seal down with carb cleaner
