i got some new pegs for my 93'

they are identical to IMS superstocks....they were listed for a kdx but didnt specify year...

they wont work as is on my bike...the peg mounts are too wide for them and the spring setup isnt correct..the pegs are about 1/2" narrower than the peg mounts on the frame

also the backside of them dosnt hit the frame soon enough so they hang down too far...

i can modify them to make them work but it would probably be easier to get some new ones

when they changed to the perimeter frame did they change the pegmounts??? im just wondering why they dont work..

any other suggestions for some wide pegs at a decent price??

sense the pegmounts are removable are they interchangeable with perimeter frame kdx's???

You bought H series pegs and, yes, they did change the peg mounts. You have three choices. Modify your originals to make them wider, buy actual IMS pegs, or do what juliend and I did for ours. You can read up on what we did here http://kdxrider.net/forums/viewtopic.ph ... light=pegs
