KDXRIDER.NET

I finally got the KDX running for a trip with the family to DurhamTown this week. I have had a long run with fuel starvation problems and finally tracked it down to a partially dislodged spring on the float needle. Now I have a noise question. I warmed the bike up and noticed (for the first time ever) a distinct louder noise with the bike in neutral. Its not the KIPS rattle but can be heard over it. It went away when the clutch lever was pulled in. I always change oil after rides and stay on top of maintenance. I have never had any shifting and/or gear problems and just wandered if anyone had run into this situation or had an idea what the noise might be.
