1st, welcome to the forum!

2nd, all caps is considered yelling, and taken as rudeness on a forum :)

3rd, you need to go back through the carb again. Sounds like the pilot circuit is clogged.

And yes, there could have been residual oil / fuel in the pipe, especially if the float was stuck open flooding it out. Clean pipe, re-pack silencer, go back through the carb. Do NOT soak the entire carb in any immersion cleaner, unless you remove the jet block 1st. You can soak the jet block too, but not the gasket. The rubber jet block gasket will corrode if you soak it, causing all sorts of problems.

Thanks for the welcome, sorry for the caps. Was not meaning for anyone to take it as yelling. Thanks for the info. Is there any way to clean pilot circuit with out soaking? Have taken pilot out and blew air threw it, does not seemed to be plugged. Bike starting and running fine today other than not idling. still alot of smoke at 40.1. will try it again. thanks.

That isn't uncommon for MX tracks. Our local track is $25 a day for non-members.
