Since I cleaned my air filter

Didn't look to bad

That one spot would not have been so bad but my prefilters fell out

13 months? you're kidding right?
if not then that must be thanks to your prefilters or riding in non dusty conditions.

I like to run Filter Skins and no lid.
Just pull the skin and you have a fresh filter

No offense, but neglecting your air filter maintenance for 13 months is not something to tell people

As dusty as it has been lately my entire filter looks like the worst spot on yours after one ride.

+1 here, and that's after just one ride.
On the hybrid there's no lid so can't get any type of prefilter on it; might have to come up with something to reduce dust getting in.

Bottom was fairly clean, dirtiest spot was right where the Uni filters fell out

I rode at least 300 miles of very dusty trails last summer

Uni filter is pretty nice set up

Obviously you don't need to. Good on ya. My Uni filter never looks that good. Wish it did.

My bike did sit for 4 months, but still I was surprised of the condition of the filter

Filters do not get very dirty when they don't have fresh filter oil on them.
