Hi all,

I wonder if it's normal, every times I install my FMF Rev Pipe, the pipe "end" didn't go all the way into the cylinder hole... it stop just after the second o-ring before the "step". The RH side of the pipe go further then the LH side..

Does a bend it the pipe I didn't notice can explain that or it is normal ?

Thank you!!

Sometimes you have to just wiggle the pipe side to side to get the seals to go in right. I have had to push some pipes a bit harder in the past!

Thanks Luke for your answer, so the pipe should go all the way "in" ?

Got any dents in the pipe? If so it's probably a tad bent. If it doesn't look like it's fitting correctly, it probably isn't.

I removed the pipe and silencer again, take measurements and it can't fit any better... The hole in the cylinder is approx : 15mm deep and the pipe to the "step" is around 25-30mm.
Same thing with the Fmf woods pipe.
I made some tests with my backup cylinder that also show that the pipe can't go any further.

It doesn't look like it's fitting correctly, but it is

Thank you for your anwsers !
