E Series KIPS?? Drawings?

Does anyone have technical drawings of the KIPS components that tend to break? I've been given the opportunity to make them at work for my college crap out of some tasty aerospace grade aluminium bronze
. But would rather keep the bike on the road in the mean time if possible!

seriously? That would be sweet. Any chance of pumpin out a dozen or so sets?
I got lots of broken gears I could donate, lol. I'm sure you're looking for a spec sheet for the part with measurements and such, which I have never seen. I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to get the measurements into CAD if you had a decent part to work with.

I wish I could pump out a billion but I only have access to 1 CNC machine and thats a bloody wire cutter :(. Alas they shall be all hand milled / turned
.
But yeah, data sheet, technical drawings whatever you wanna call em :p I need em haha! Else I've gotta rip the bike apart
