Finally got it apart for a pic
Nothing fancy but way cheaper than any other option
We had a slight miscommunication on the top-hat. I wanted it one piece and he made the top-hat and added a nut, which I had him tack on. It works, just does not look as sanitary

Sometimes it sucks being right about something
Thank you for choosing MotoSport. How may I assist you?
Customer: Hello I'm looking at the front fork fiche for a 2007 KX450.
the parts I need are listed as 11065A ( # 11065-0163-10J) it shows that it comes with the damping rod w/midvalve and the inner chamber that that threads into the outer tube
If you look at the fiche for an '06 or an '09-'11 it shows the damper rod / midvalve assembly as part # 46102 and the inner cartridge piece as 11065A for the 06 and 11065 on the 09-'11
I chatted with someone earlier (maybe Chris, Rider?), I just trying to confirm the '07 comes complete with both pieces as it shows in the fiche. It seems strange that other years show it differently
And if it does not come as shown would I be able to return it for a refund?
Bill B: Let me get that diagram pulled up.
Customer: ok,
Bill B: I am going to verify this with our OEM manager since I think that 46102 is sold separately.
Customer: ok
Customer: it shows 46102 as just that thin aluminum rod for $155
Bill B: He was away from his desk. Would it be OK if I email you?
Customer: yeah
Bill B: Sounds good. I will get back to you shortly.
Customer: ok thanks
Bill B: You're welcome.
90 mins later...
Hi Scott,
I checked with our OEM manager and it looks like we have the wrong image on our site. The parts for a 2007 should be sold in the same configuration as shown on the 06 and 09+ models where the rod and rod center are sold as one part and the inner chamber is sold as a separate part.
The part number for the rod and rod center is 46102-0086. The inner chamber part number is 11065-0163-10J. Those parts numbers are listed on the Front Fork page for a 2007 KX450F but they are not sold as shown in the diagram. We are working to have the image changed ASAP.
I think that will clear things up but let me know if you have any additional questions. Sorry for any confusion this caused and thank you for taking the time to verify the parts before you ordered them. Good catch!
Have a great weekend.

In the unlikely event that anyone of you need to change the seal head seals on the inner cartridge
I now posses the tool
And it was simple to make

I just need to massage the caliper mount some. Finally got it separated from the caliper

Massage complete
Had to grind these to spots down to get enough clearance between the fork leg caliper mounts and the disc
