Whenever I get around to getting it repaired, I think I am going to send it to some company and see what they say. I am hoping it leads to a replate. I don't like the idea of a sleeved cylinder.

Thanks for the link, kdxquebec.
After re-inspecting my cylinder with a 5X and 10X loupe, I think my cylinder can be replated without too much hassle. I don't know that buying another one that needs a replate is going to get me out of my bad situation.
