Yeah they did. Took the old seal out of that collar because it was pretty dry and hard. Got the kips together fairly easily and everything moved smoothly.

Got the exhaust and carb on today. After about 6-8 kicks she started. Feels like it is revving out much more than it was. Did an after warm up compression test and got around 155 psi. Now I just need warm weather to take her out.

Leave the little cover/shield for the KIPS lever OFF on the left side and rev the bike in neutral. You should see it move all by itself when the rpm hits 6000 :cool:

I'll have to do that next week when I button everything up. Suppose it would be a good idea just to make sure the kips is actually operating correctly.
