125-135 range. I know that's not exact, I glanced at it last night in the manual but can't remember the exact numbers

Edit: I just looked, book says 119-185 usable range

First big rock or log you go over is going to rip that bicycle kick stand right off and probably dump you on your ear too. If you decide to continue, replace it with the correct one. The H series will fit too.

Take the pipe off and look inside.

Never give up, you've come to far to quit now. Just a suggestion, did you tighten the nut on the water pump shaft? Maybe you over heated it.

Yes I tightened the bolt on the water pump shaft.

I just made a kind of leak down tester from parts I had laying around. Image

Took the shredder valve out of my compression tester.

Image even at 20 psi I can still hear hissing out of the pipe and air box.

You can't do a leak down or vacuum test with the exhaust exit and intake not plugged.

And one only pumps it up to about 7 psi. 20 is for popping seals.

How would I go about properly plugging the intake and exhaust?

The inside of the cylinder looks fine to me a little scratched but not as bad as the piston. It looks to me that the cylinder scratched the hell out of the piston. Not the other way around.
