My bike (220) will also hesitiate under that condition; not enough pressure difference to pull in fuel at that low rpm. What I discribed was from a closed throttle to about 1/4 throttle. Then the front end instantly lofts in 2nd gear. Looks funny to see the front wheel not spinning as I tool down the road like this.
Try 1/4 throttle and adjusting the AS. Not WFO throttle.
Let me know how that works for you.........and get a 12T CCS or up the rear sprocket. The bike is stock geared too tall for anything but desert running.
