I used a blue krylon spray, then a high heat clear coat. I will get more pics when I get home, outta town for work :-( The blue forks are just wrapped in vinyl. kinda trying to get the old school look. would love to find a blue seat cover for the sdg

AWESOME!!! you bike looks freakin sweet! im going with a blue accent color for my hybrid and your bike def. caught my eye...did you just paint the tips of the bolts or did you do the entire thing? i know i had alot of trouble with retapping alot of the bolt holes i forgot to cover up from the powdercoat shop.

I acyually drilled holes in cardboard and dropped the bolt through the holes only to allow the top to stick above. Thank you for all compliments.

I cant send pm's for some reason. I will post more pics of both sides when I return home from working out of state. The skid plate mod is rather easy. A slot is cut for the pipe bracket to fit, and a little bend is needed to clear the water pump.

I see one idea im going to steal from you and you already beat me to using the KX skid plate, that was one final item i've been trying out before I weld my # 2 Hybird up...forsure would like to see the waterpump side.
