This is the response I got from No-Toil. They have a differnent understanding of customer service than the UNI rep.

do you have the red or green No-Toil. The alcohol in the red has been known to dissolve the glue on some uni filters. If you have the red let me know what make and year of bike you have along with a shipping address and I will send you a free filter
