BTW...that's one clean bike Slick Nick...how do all these guys keep their "dirt" bikes so clean??? Must live in the desert or something...can't be any mud for miles!
We just wash our bikes after every ride
I wash my bike after every ride too but it'll never look like that again unless I completely disassemble it and put each part in a parts washer!
Do you use soap and water  lol.

Where can you find the heavyduty case savers for the 89-94 kdx200 I don't have the tools to make one. Myself and if I did I'm sure I would screw it up

Same case saver from 89 up to 06, I do believe. Nicks KLX saver looks slick, I might have to hunt down one of those....

Actually it does a much better job of keeping grass and mud out of the sproket and chain. It looks better too. It's from a KLX I believe, it came in a parts box with my bike. I had to trim it down (it was about an inch longer towards the rear) and clearance a tiny bit for the chain, but the holes lined up perfectly.

I don't like running without the plastic piece, just cause I don't like having my foot inches away from an exposed spinning sproket, boots or not.

So what year klx case saver bolts line up with 89 to 94 kdx I might be able to find a steel one of those easier

I dunno. Like I said it just came with my bike. I'll look around.

I experienced the N between 2nd and 3rd this weekend on a hill climb and was promptly rear-ended by a high speed KTM. I'm trying ATF on the next change.

Why ATF, any brand?

ATF type F, any brand. For some it provides smoother shifting and less false neutrals. Like the bike itself, all clutches seem to behave differently though, so your results may vary.

ATF has always amazed me. Essentially auto trans are "fluid drive".

That's a helluva demand on an oil.
