It's simply the truth of the matter.
Kalifornistan is right next to the State of Jefferson. Except for where their motor vehicle laws are different, unrelated, or dissimilar in any way from those same-type laws in this state, the are exactly the same.
Ergo, geographical proximty doth indeed explicity relate to identiciness.
