I think I'll end up having to ride by myself. Oh well.
You mean out at the NM-CO-UT-AZ border? Is there some good riding there?

That's Oregon? It looks more like the real four corners in NM than what I thought Oregon was like, but I've only been to Portland and the Willamette Valley.

That is why we are so spoiled. We can ride the open desert one weekend and singletrack in the woods the next.

This time of year, 4-corners is one of the only places to get a ride in because the snow and blowdown from winter storms are covering all of our precious singletrack.

Just out of morbid curiosity did the original poster of this thread really buy that new leftover KDX220 I posted about a month back:

http://www.kdxrider.net/forums/viewtopi ... highlight=

(4th post down in the link.)

As a side note: I always thought this was one of the better forums I've posted at and I'm a member of quite a few. Most of the info here is really good and even if some of the "senior" members come off as slightly crotchety at times they usually know their stuff and mean well (don't take that wrong way!).

Anyways, this forum and the knowledge within was one of the many reasons I decided to turn down a friend's offer to sell me his 2002 KTM 300EXC for a fantastic price and start my hybrid build.

Bad gas for you!!

Ha! Crotchety. An office girl once heard me make a comment about a young student intern. When I realized she was in earshot and offered an apology, she said she grew up in a house with 3 brothers and no sisters and that us men were all just a bunch of crotch sniffers. Is that anything like crotchety? If so, then I'm guilty!! Ha!

No. I think they're opposites. I'm pretty sure 'crotchety' is BAD, anyway.
