Do you think they may be from a different Kawasaki? Any chance some individual made those?

Likely they are the correct ones for the SR. The KDX250 had links that were 128.5, same for the KDX250SR, can't really find much more about the 200SR. It's such an under maintained piece of the bike that likely the PO never changed them out.
