Mine was in Carlisle PA I drove 4 hrs one way to get it.....

If a bike is worth the drive, go get it. I drove 13.5 hours one way for my 1994 KDX200.

I'm also a new KDX owner, got mine late last year. Went through it, and I would second the advice from others - go over it, and then ride it a bunch in current state. This will direct you to common stuff you can adjust.

I just rejetted it 155 main 45 pilot and found 1.5 turns to be perfect stock pipe and drilled out airbox top.
