I'd be willing to bet the crank is no good. When the top end goes out bad enough to warrant a sleeve, it usually takes out the crank. I would not waste my time doing the top end again without a rod kit. I'd be willing to bet pieces of the thrust washers are what got on top of the piston.

Most people here, even those that may offend you, are generally trying to help. Also, most don't go around calling others "dicks" or any other derogatory terms. I understand you're young, and pretty new here as well, so you get a pass. Lets just keep the personal insults to a minimum, please.

As far as I can tell no one has called you name so please keep it clean.
Name calling is unnecessary, childish and doesn't get you anywhere. (aside from closing the thread)

Yeah, we commented on your grammar and spelling:
1: we are here to help you, the least you could do is make an effort to make your post readable
2: get over it. It wasn't a big deal until you got butt hurt about it and resorted to name calling.
yup, on this site we tease quite a bit, most of the time in good fun. Take it or leave it.

I was on phone before that's why I said it again because it didn't show that it put it up and im sorry to all you guys that I said something mean to or whatever but don't matter anyways and about the crank I was thinking it might be bad to .. but I looked at it seemed fine but if I can get a used crank for a cheap or cheaper price ill do it . but the reason I resleeved it was because there where 2 chucks taken out of the sides of the sleeve but maybe it is bad no up and down move meant nothing :hmm: :hmm:

How bad the damage in the head? maybe it could be machined by RBD...

Pictures would definitely help. I know I have a decent 89 cylinder that needs a re-plate. I should still have the head but I have no idea what condition it is in. I forgot to have a look in the shed last night, so I will take a look tonight and see what I have.

use a 3rd party host for pics then put a link here.
up and down / side to side play in the crank bearings, check the manual it'll explain it a lot better than i can.

oh yess there side to side not a lot im pretty sure there suppose to be .. am I correct? and actually there no up and down a little tiny bite butt I have seen worse.. and ok ill try to find a 3rd party like photo bucket?

I would want to split the cases. Whatever caused that top end damage to the head and piston almost certainly put a hurting on the bottom end bearings.

yea the bottom end is scattered on my bench im replacing crank bearings and crank seals so you think that the head is a little bad... :shock: so I think im going to buy a head so if you find that head you were talking about let me know id rather buy it off of one of you guys on here rather than eBay

If you have a few pictures that you want people to take a look at it is just easier for the people to have them in the thread instead of chasing them down.
