If you are more than 140lbs on the KDX, you will need to Respring the KLX forks.
Also, the KLX forks are VERY sensitive to oil level changes. Go in 10mm increments until you get a soft (not plush ride) with good bottoming resistance. I run 70mm in mine. Stock is 120mm I believe.
