I locked my bikes up and lost the key.
2 minutes later, a battery powered drill, and a 99 cent cutter I cut through this "hardened steel".
Lame.

FIVE OUT OF FOUR PEOPLE DONUT UNDERSTAND FRACTIONS
Locks keep honest people honest. A tweeker is gonna do what ever and without regard to his own safety. I now insure my stuff with a low deductible and not worry about it. My Dakar full coverage, including $2000 worth of aftermarket and riding gear, is $215 a year. Includes towing as well.
I'm half tempted to booby-trap my bikes so that a thief gets about 5 miles out and it blows up. BOOM!! That'll learn 'em!! However, I'm likely to forget to disarm when I go to ride. Ha! OW!!
