canyncarvr, your more than welcome to watch it mate no matter what senses you have I'm running Michelin AC10's by the way. Any support welcome
Got to be honest, we're doing it the easy way. 3 man team, 12 hour.
Anyway, were 313 http://www.touratech.co.uk/dawntodusk/e ... hr2009.xls
Some may like the team name. others may not I'm doing it on the KDX220R, Henry is on a Gas Gas 250, not sure what Adrian is riding yet but we also have a spare bike which is a RM/KDX hybrid. Finishing the event is the main priority. The video in the link only show's the easy bits
Cheers all

Not like, say, a NASCAR team where both drivers on a team are driving at the same time.
Right?
Thats it, basically were looking at 4 hours riding each. Depends on how we get on, bikes go etc etc. I'm the most experienced on that kind of terrain and hopefully have the most reliable bike so i may get lumbered with the bigger share but we'll see. The other 2 in the team are probably quicker in a flat sprint. We'll take it as it comes basically and if all goes well the 24 hour is on the cards next year
AC10's basically because i like them and they cope well with muddy going. I have another event coming up a week or 2 after and a lot of enduro clubs stipulate you use road legal enduro tyres so the AC10 works with that aswell. Of course they also last well on the KDX which is a bonus
Well obviously it looks good but its mostly down to the fact that my other 2 helmets are probably past their sell by date now. Was out at the weekend and my fave helmet wasnt as comfy as normal plus it has had a nasty bang to it when i made a mistake on a hill and fell back down head first
Nah! It isnt always that mucky infact the year before it actually got dubbed the Dawn to Dust. Im personally hoping its somewhere inbetween
Just want to get going now, kind of getting gittery. Got another enduro a couple of weeks after and another a couple of weeks after that so kind of hoping the bike doesnt get to much damage
