hi all,
yesterday on my sons bike, i sow some oil leak from the powervalve shaft
can someone know why?

The seal may be worn. There's a thread recently on a replacement o-ring(s).

thx for answer, i didnt find the recent thread in the first place. sorry
but is a big thing? cand my sun ride the bike till i find all the spares parts to repair it?

He can ride it until it's fixed. The stuff leaking out is likely not motor oil, but spooge (2 stroke oil mixed with gas which lubricates the motor). The offending seal is probably p/n 92049-1238 which are th eoil seals at either end of the KIPS shaft. Out of curiosity what premix ratio and oil are you running? I would guess you're also seeing this black goo coming out of the tail pipe and probably at the pipe/silencer junction as well.

Less likely is the seal at the top of the actuator rod leaking engine oil, but you would have to severely over fill the engine with oil to get it to come out there.
