Does the 220 and 200 have the same clutch? How about pipe and breaks?

Only differences are top end and carb.

The differences between a 1995 + KDX200 and a KDX220R are:

cylinder (piston / rings)
head
power valve parts (maybe just the flapper valve)
carburetor (33 mm instead of 35 mm)
o-ring chain
