1979 / 1980 KDX400 and 1980 KDX250 had two shocks.

Interesting that the bigger bikes stayed with the dual shocks, and the little bike got the monoshock.
No matter - I love them all.

OK. That lets me know. It is not actually a VIN. Maybe they got started in 1981 with the VINs.
