I'm mid-restoration on a 2000 KDX200H and have been trying to decide how I want the bike to look when I'm all said and done. I came across the 1994 KDX200SR-B1 and fell in love with the "Early 90's" Kawasaki Styling of the graphics. Are there any Vinyl Houses that do a reproduction of these?
The luggage rack from a KLX250/300 fits with very little work. IIRC H-series KDX 200 & 220, KLX 300 and the KLX 650 all share the same rear sub frame dimensions.
My go-to graphics guy has always been Chris at http://www.drippinwet.com. Countless MotoAmerica teams source their graphics through him, whether it's run of the mill or 100% custom. I can almost guarantee he can make whatever you want, although I'd recommend waiting until the end of race season since he's a busy busy guy.
I was surprised to see drippinwet mentioned on here! haha a have a few buddies with track bikes, all of them use drippinwet for their graphics, and they do come out preettttty freaking sweeet. Not real sure if he has the outlines to do KDX (or any dirtbike) graphics though, would have to ask.
Theywere, it's the passenger hand strap. Not really good for manhandling the bike around. Had them on an old TS185. IIRC they aren't bolted to the seat pan, just stapled on like the seat cover
Ah, I gotcha about the passenger strap. And yea, I've seen the Tugger straps. I made one for my bike from a 2 or 3" tie down strap and some tarp grommets (to protect the holes). Has been working quite nice, and it was free! I can see how you wouldn't really be able to man handle the bike with the strap being more towards the middle of the seat and just being stapled on. Here's mine:
