Jason, yup it is the HF one. I really like it. More so than the Chaperral one that I have. It is heavy duty for sure. Nice when you have a 20% of coupon. I'm going to get 2 more for the rest of the bike stable.Jason wrote:
Is that the Harbor Freight stand? If so, how do you like it?
I went to Harbor Freight tonight. I had looked at the stand at some point in the past. I looked at it again tonight. It looked like $29.99, plus tax normally, but $19.99 for Inside Track Club members. I am not in that.Dekon wrote:Jason, yup it is the HF one. I really like it. BTW, the stand had nothing to do with it falling off the stand, the cradle of the frame is a different shape on each side, that's why I had it strapped down to the stand. One of the straps came loose some how.
And thanks for the compliment on the build.
I have one of the HF steel stands as well. Eight years and still going. No complaints.Jason wrote:I went to Harbor Freight tonight. I had looked at the stand at some point in the past. The platform did not look too big, but the price was cheap, of course. Thanks for letting me know your thoughts on it. I will keep it in mind if I get around to committing to more stands.
