Yep , there are a few. I have a little 2002 Yamaha PW80 I let my sisters drive, it is a play bike that I have been moding. Bored twice over, rejetted, airbox modified, head milled for greater compression, oil injector disconnected and pre-mixed fuel instead, 13 CS sprocket from 15 stock, Preload spacers for front and rear shock, rear shock remounted to raise bike height 3 inches, 20W fork oil 5.5 inches from top when fully compressed, removed exhaust restrictor, and a few other mods I can't think of just yet. Porting comes next. I have done all these mods myself, picked up the bike for 300CDN as a learning tool to play with before going too crazy on my KDX, all these mods have been done by myself including machining.
When my sisters get good enough at riding this little beast I plan on getting them a motocross 80, but for the moment it teaches them to ride, although, without a clutch.
Wouldnt mind owning a CR500 for the fire roads, Am I allowed to say that?
ive got a 1972 yamaha 175. I also got a big wheel suzuki 125 made in 1974. I of course have my kdx and im hopfully getting a 1987 honda xl250 four stroke within a few weeks for only $400. I like my kdx the best... maybe because its the newest

Of course. But at least we all know our green bikes are our favourites. And since I learned on my 1988 KDX200, it still has a special spot in my heart.
I ride the red bike because I am older, less aggressive, and often need to go slower to stay with the youngsters we are always teaching. I am the "grandpa" in the group even though none of my kids are married. This means we old slower patient guys are taking the 10 -15 year olds when they get bikes and making sure they come back in one piece. The red bike is amazing when I need a little slow speed grunt to get out of trouble.
But I love my KDX. It starts one kick, I can still pick it up a few dozen times per day and it climbs like crazy if I have the guts to stay on the throttle!!

I had a few blue bikes in 2000, one would never start (426F) and the other one (125) got crashed to death (which nearly killed me in the process). I love my Katie !!!
Which one? I am working on the 1994 KDX200 right now. It is first on "the assembly line". I have a few pictures of it in its current state in my Gallery.
