kdx200 stock runs like a beast I want to keep it because I have a street legal frame but I want a little more throttle response n power band

You have to turn the throttle quicker to get more response and most reputable motorcycle shops will sell you some more powerbands. :wink:

I have the bike stock I noticed it's a lot of smudge in the airbox
But Everthing is stock

lower the needle in the carb to make it run leaner and meaner
put an iridium plug in it
lathe the head for mote compression

the width of the power band is mostly dependent on the design of the pipe

If you are using your KDX on the road you may be disappointed. I love my KDX and its every thing I want in the bush but on the road I'm sure it will feel slow, low geared and generally gutless compared to big boar anything.

i do use it on the road its not slow i ride with a crowd n i have no problem keeping up its just i need more wheelie power on higher gears is there anyone selling a used aftermarket exhaust system n reed system

Bam! These mods really do make the kdx put it's ears back on throttle. Couldn't be more spot on.
