yesterday when I went riding I took a break and then when I started the bike I had no power in first and second gear for about 30-40seconde even if I put it full throttle, it was very laggy. I dont know if its a coincidence but everything went back to normal when I shifted the third gear.
I think the bike is running a little too rich because there is too much smoke coming out of the exhaust but im not an expert.
also if someone have good link to help me inspect and clean the kips system that would be really appreciate if you could share.
thank you

You are running rich, jetting will help. Sounds like you had something in the fuel line causing a partial blockage. When was the last time you pulled and cleaned the carb/filter.

Every bike is different, but in general for your low altitude and relatively low temps a 150/48 sounds pretty nice. The pilot could probably stand to drop down to 45 or even 42, but only proper testing will say for sure. If you spend more time in lower RPM ranges, swapping the BR9 plug for a BR8 will definitely help a bit. I can't really imagine needing to go leaner than 150 on the main from your stated temps/altitude, but again, every bike is different. The jetting guide we have in jets and needles section will work for anyone, anywhere, and leave no question. If following that process doesn't work, you have bigger problems than jetting. Also, and always, with the PWK a leaky jet block gasket can contribute to overly rich condition even when the jets seem way too small.
