Hello, i wan't to know if a swingarm (just swingarm without linkage and shock) of a H serie can fit E serie without a lot of modifications ?

It won't fit. The geometry is different.
What is wrong with your E series swingarm?

To make my E-series swing arm look better, I "polished" mine with a wire wheel. Looks much better now!
