New to me '95 200 Q's

I recently picked up a 95 200 w/"CYC" title. They guy I bought the bike from was...let's say LESS than a mechanic....He removed the stock lighting harness (I've bought one to replace it), the carb vent tubes were removed and the crank case vent was floating freely under the seat (I'm assuming it needs water pump seals) and "other mechanical NIGHTMARES" that I can deal with. Here's what I need to know;
Where/how is the stock harness routed on the H series? Can anyone post a pick of the routing? I also need a new tail light cover....anyone have one for sale?

Oh looky! I just found it in the service manual.....I don't know why that picture wasn't in the electrical section!!
