Do you guys think that a rear brake caliper off of a 2005 kdx 220 will work on a 2005 kx250f? I tried the parts fiche but couldn't find a part number for the whole caliper.

Try it and see. Most calipers have the same bolt spacing.

The caliper is likely the same. The mounting bracket is likely different.
